- Produce field-crop graduates with quality in academics, ethics, and integrity.
- Revise the master's curriculum at least every 5 years and the doctoral curriculum at least every 6 years.
- Revise or introduce new courses at least every 2 years.
- Conduct at least 10 research projects per year in field crops or related disciplines led by department faculty/staff as principal investigators or main coordinators.
- Publish at least 15 research outputs per year in academic journals and/or present them at academic conferences recognized in field crops or related disciplines.
- Provide at least 1 training program per year to transfer academic knowledge and research outputs.
- Serve as speakers, experts, or academic advisors for at least 30 mandays per year (8 working hours = 1 manday).
- Organize at least 2 events per year following Thai traditions and culture on important occasions or festivals.
