Rubber seedlings grown from seed is an important component in the propagation of rubber. Using to elite root stock for best budding, healthy seedlings of rubber allow graft and rubber plantation success. Because rubber is a perennial plant, selection of the rootstock must be accordance to the chemical properties of the soil. Hydroponics is growing plants in nutrient solutions, without soil. Which can adjust the nutrient solution to the acidity - alkalinity in testing rubber seedlings, but no report in using the proper formula of the nutrient solution to grow rubber. This study aimed to 1) test the planting of rubber seedling with hydroponics in 3 types of nutrient solution 2) to compare the growth of rubber seedlings cultivar RRIM 600 and BPM 24 in the 3 formulae. The test duration of growing rubber seedling is 10 weeks by Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 3 replications in a plot with rubber seedling 2 varieties (17 RRIM 600 and 5 BPM 24) from the 3 nutrient solutions KAPI I, KNO3 2X, and (NH4)NO3 2X results showed that Rubber seedlings grown in KAPI I give the best growth performance and the species BPM24 respond to the hydroponics better than RRIM 600
